Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Add products to your bag, tap Checkout, and fill in your details. You'll get an order number and an email straight away.

Question 2

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery all over Pakistan: pay 50% of your order total (including delivery) upfront by JazzCash or bank transfer to confirm your order, and the other 50% to the rider. You can also pay the full amount in advance.

Question 3

Why do you take 50% upfront for cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

It confirms your order is genuine before we dispatch it. It isn't an extra charge: it's part of your total. For example, Rs 750 of products + Rs 350 delivery = Rs 1,100, so you pay Rs 550 now and Rs 550 to the rider.

Question 4

Can I check my parcel before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With cash on delivery you can open your parcel, check your products, and then pay the rider the rest.

Question 5

I entered the wrong email. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the correct email. We'll update it and resend your order email.

Question 6

How do I confirm a bank transfer or JazzCash payment?

Accepted Answer

After ordering, send a screenshot of the payment with your order number on our WhatsApp. We confirm orders as soon as we receive it.

Question 7

Will you confirm my cash on delivery order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We message every COD customer on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatching, so please keep your phone handy.

Question 8

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirming your order, and delivery takes 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.

Question 9

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Rs 350 anywhere in Pakistan, including Lahore. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 3,000, and on your first order of Rs 1,000 or more.

Question 10

How is my first order recognised?

Accepted Answer

By your phone number and email. If neither has ordered with us before and your order is Rs 1,000 or more, delivery is on us.

Question 11

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the link in your order email, or go to Track Order and enter your order number and phone number. Once shipped, you'll also get the courier's tracking number by email.

Question 12

Are your products original?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. All our products are imported from UK, USA, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, China & Korea.

Question 13

How do I choose the right shade?

Accepted Answer

Each shade has its own swatch and photos on the product page. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with a photo in natural light and we'll help you choose.

Question 14

Will an out-of-stock item come back?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Save it to your wishlist and check back, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Question 15

Can I return or exchange a product?
