When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. If you subscribe to offers, we keep your email address.

If you create an account, we keep your name, phone number, a securely hashed password (never the password itself) and your wishlist.

Your bag and recently viewed products are stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including messaging you on WhatsApp and emailing order updates.
• To recognise your first order for free delivery.
• To send offers, only if you subscribed. You can ask us to remove you anytime.

Only the courier delivering your parcel receives your name, phone and address. We never sell your information.

We never ask for or store card details. Bank transfer and JazzCash payments are made directly through your own bank or wallet app.
