Shipping & returns

• Anywhere in Pakistan, including Lahore: Rs 350
• Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000.
• Free delivery on your first order of Rs 1,000 or more.

Cash on delivery all over Pakistan. To confirm your order, pay 50% of your order total (products + delivery) upfront by JazzCash or bank transfer and send us the screenshot on WhatsApp. Open your parcel, check it, then pay the rider the other 50%.

If you prefer, you can pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer or JazzCash.

Cash on delivery orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. Prepaid orders are confirmed once we receive your payment screenshot. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirming your order, and delivery takes 3–5 working days. When your parcel is handed to the courier, we email you the tracking number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup and skincare can't be returned or exchanged once delivered.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Any advance you paid will be refunded.
